 Registration requirements:

  1. Registrants must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of the event. (Children between 13 and 17 may attend if accompanied by parent or guardian.)
  2. If you are paying by credit card, please fill in all fields below marked with an * and submit form.
  3. If you are paying by check or money order, please fill out the form, select the workshop you are registering for, print it out and mail it along with your check or money order to:

Refunds must be requested no later than one week prior to the workshop start date. A $25 processing fee will be subtracted. Sorry, we are unable to honor refund requests received after one week prior to the start date of the workshop.
